Why is Password Unlock necessary/useful?
Did you forget the password to your PC? It’s okay, it happens to us all. However, did you know that DragonTech offers a password unlock service? We can unlock quite a number of passwords. You must be on our managed service plan in order for us to unlock your Microsoft 365 account. We can unlock your local password without managed services as long as it is strictly local account. In order to find out if you are logged into a local or a Microsoft account, you’ll need to go to your settings, click “your info”. If you see an email address under your username, with a “click here to sign into a local account” underneath, you are logged into your Microsoft account.
